Grahm Geigle
Why do I run?
I run because I can! I run for those who can’t. I run to, if nothing else, raise awareness for such an amazing organization that does so much for soldiers negatively impacted by their service.
The Wounded Warrior Project does so much for not just or veteran’s but for their families as well. Not all scars are visible and obvious. Not all wounds and easy to heal. Sometimes family members need just as much help adjusting as our service members do. Wounded Warrior Project has programs for that.
I don’t run for me; every other aspect of my life can be about me. I run for them. I run for those who came back in worse shape than they left. I run for those who want to, but can’t. I run because I am able. To be a veteran with service connected disabilities with an opportunity to raise money and awareness for those service members who weren’t as lucky means as much to me as my time in service did. To honor and empower Wounded Warriors, that’s why I run!
Thank you for helping me help them - anything you GIVE, even a buck, is appreciated by me and by the WWP. Thank YOU!
